SAHL · PRIVACY

Privacy, precisely

The short version: browsing Sahl asks for nothing and logs nothing. Anything personal happens only after you explicitly allow it — and you can take it back at any time.

Browsing the discovery pages

The public pages — home, malls, cities, stores, offers, festivals — are reads. They set no tracking cookies, carry no analytics beacons, and record no behaviour. Search engines and AI crawlers see exactly what you see.

Your location

Location is never guessed from your IP address. When you press “Use my location”, your browser asks you first, and the coordinates are used in your browser to find nearby malls and offers. The only place coordinates ever go is the public OpenStreetMap service, to list malls and markets near you — nothing else — and results are cached on your device for ten minutes. Deny the prompt and the site simply offers a browse instead.

The city waitlist

“Get Sahl in your city” stores nothing on our servers. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to us; the lead exists only if you press send. We reply once from hello@sahlnow.com to confirm, keep your address only for that launch notice, and remove it whenever you ask.

Your account

If you sign in, we keep what you give us: your phone number, name, saved offers, and the preferences you choose. Personalised picks and any behaviour learning run only on recorded consent — you can review and revoke each purpose in the consent centre, and deleting your account removes your data.

Questions or removal

Email hello@sahlnow.com — ask what we hold, ask us to delete it, or ask anything about this page. A human reads every message.

Sahl is consent-first mall discovery, operated by INTERACT. This page reflects the live system as of September 2026 and is updated as the product grows.
